As mentioned, the All Ears site has a current updated menu.
Prices vary a lot. When you go to order from the touch screen, every item has lots of "options". Depending on what options you choose, the price changes.
Kid's breakfast options are scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuit OR French Toast or Waffle with side of bacon or turkey sausage.
For example, I ordered the Waffles with Banana and Salted Caramel topping. BUT, you can get them with NO topping, just bananas, or just caramel. Depending on what you choose, they adjust the pricing. Also, it is cheaper to add a side to an entree than to order it "a la carte". Like, a side of bacon on its own is like $2.00, but if you add it to the waffles, it is only $1.00 more.
In addition to the stuff from the "grill", there are also bakery items. They had a few different kinds of muffins, danish, bagels, and white and whole wheat toast and english muffins with jellies and cream cheese available. They also have the standard cold cereals, fruit cups (grapes, sliced green apples, mixed fruit), whole fruit pieces (apples, oranges, bananas), yogurts (yoplait brand) and yogurt parfaits.
