I bought bagel thins and ham/creamcheese at
walmart.
Here's what I would do on my last trip and planning to do on my next.
Back at hotel for night I'd go pick up dinner or whatever and run by the food court and toast a bagel thin.
Back at the room, I'd wait for it to cool then put it in a baggie.
Next morning I'd slap on some ham and cream cheese and eat this along with whatever else I had in the room (drink/fruit/etc) at the bus stop or walking to the bus.
I like toast but don't care about it being hot. I'm not a morning person so I minimize my morning needs but sleeping as late as possible, get up shower, grab my to go breakfast and hit the bus to catch opening. I planned (and still do for my next trip) to snack a lot and focus on lunch or dinner instead of breakfast.
I also like iced coffee so starbuck sticks and milk in the fridge and I will fix that in a togo cup as well.
No crowds and easy peasy to do in a minimum amount of time.
I do this at home as well (except that I toast in the am). I never have time to sit and eat breakfast before I have to head to work.
Dry cereal with a milk chaser
toast and ham or cheese or peanut butter
protien bars
totillas and whatever filling
I can eat any of these one handed heading to work.
I can not eat eggs very much (I love them), carb/suger combos just leave me starving besides I don't like sugary items like poptarts or donuts/cake in the am anyway, and I do better with lite meals until I've actually got a functioning brain cell.
