well, there are tons of places that i can recommend, but it all depends on what you want... if you want to do something quick and cheaper, or a sit down meal at a restaurant, in your resort, at another resort, or at the park that you'll be at that day.
also, if you are on a dining plan, and wanting to stick to it, the food court at the resort also counts for counter service.
if not... try out the food courts at the resort, you don't need reservations for that though... but for sit down places you will usually will need a reservation, depending on how busy the time of year is. if you are the type that is up early and get there early enough, you may not need one. and
you can try the in-room dining at wilderness lodge, this was pretty decent. but we just ordered the breakfast basket and fruit plate. but, here is the menu for that:

whispering canyon cafe also does breakfast, i have only been there for dinner, but have heard that the breakfast is also good:

those are if you want to do breakfast at the resort. if you want to do breakfast at the parks, there are character breakfasts too. i am not sure if you already have character dinners planned, but with the kids, you'll definitely have to do at least 1 or 2.
there is chef mickey's (contemporary), ohana's (poly), 1900 park fare (grand floridian), cape may cafe (beach club)...
or the parks:
MK: main street bakery (counter service), crystal palace, cinderella's royal table
EPCOT: princess story book breakfast (in norway), bakery in france
MGM: starring rolls bakery (counter service)
AK: donald's Breakfastosaurus at Restaurantosaurus
let us know if anything sounds good, we'll be glad to let you our experiences...
