Love it or hate it?

For some reason I really despise it, but I love it in the morning! :confused3

Edited - do I need to say what my wife is preparing tonight for dinner? :furious:

I love cereal and I will eat that day or night. With or without fruit! LOVE IT.

Now as far as eggs and sausage and bacon...naa...I will have that in the am or (basically not at all)!!

Pancakes I love and I could eat that so easily at NIGHT!!

I voted

I don't even like breakfast for breakfast! For breakfast I would much rather have a slice of pizza, chicken, or anything other than breakfast foods.

You should feel lucky she's making dinner for you at all. :rotfl2:

LOL, well believe it or not, I cook 4 or 5 nights a week. She's the one who's lukcy! ;) :goodvibes

We've been eating breakfast for dinner at least one night per week for some time now.

Our normal routine is to cook four meals' worth of whatever dinner entree we're having that week on Sunday, then eat that Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Tuesday is our "take a break" day, when we eat something else. For the last few months, we've been eating breakfast for dinner that day.

Fridays are our "night out", while Saturdays we either grill something or eat something we made and froze long ago (we usually make large pots of soups, stews, chili, and spaghetti sauce throughout the year, then freeze half and use the other half for our "four nights" plan).

The breakfast for dinner thing is starting to wear thin now, though. We'll have to come up with something else to make soon, or we'll have bacon and eggs coming out of our ears. :p

When the kids were home we would occasionlly have green eggs and home for dinner, and sometimes pancakes and bacon. It would be a special treat to do that.

Love breakfast for dinner, heck I love it for lunch too! (We sometimes do that at the pre-k where I teach...) Bring on the french toast, pancakes, cereal, etc... at any time of day!

I like it, especially when we have French toast.

BTW if you hate it so much why don't you do the cooking? :confused3

We just did this last night (saturday). The kids loved it.

LOVE IT! I actually can't eat the heavy stuff for breakfast or I feel awful all dady, so I really like it for dinner. DH would rather have it in the a.m. so he always grumbles when we have it at night. The ONLY time I cook a big breakfast is Christmas morning.

Same here. I'm not a breakfast person at all. I usually eat a sandwich or yesterday's dinner leftovers!

Love it. I fix b'fast for dinner on most Thur nights. Usually eggs/grits/bacon or pancakes/sausage. My kids especially love pancake night. :thumbsup2

When I lived with my parents, my FAVORITE dinner was french toast, with sliced sheddar cheese melted on top, fried eggs and bacon!! YUMMMMMY! It was great by OHHHH so bad for you!! :rotfl2:

Having breakfast for dinner is usually the only time that we eat breakfast foods. Every once in a while, we will make a huge breakfast on a sunday, but not normally.

we do breakfast for dinner about once or twice a month - we rarely have a chance to cook a nice, big breakfast in the mornings!!!! :sunny:

When I was a kid I loved it when my Mom would make breakfast for dinner. She usually made pancakes and ham.

I don't make "breakfast for dinner" now, but I do use breakfast foods as part of a dinner meal, for example spaghetti carbonara, or baked eggs with herbs and garlic, or frisse salad with lardons and poached egg.
