Breakfast at YC & Wilderness Lodge

Hi Everyone,
I'll be getting hitched in a short few weeks and will be staying with my DW at the YC and WL. I was wondering if anyone has tips where we could get breakfast at these resorts. Thanks.

At the WL you can get breakfast at Whispering Canyon. They have an all you can eat skillet that is supposed to be wonderful. My BIL and SIL ate there last time for breakfast and loved it. We plan on trying it during our trip in Sept. You can also get breakfast at the counter service place called Roaring Forks. My son loved the breakfast pizza there.

We plan on taking the boat to FW one morning to try the breakfast buffet there as well.

Yacht/Beach is my favorite resort, plus we just returned 2 weeks ago from WL.

We had breakfast at Whispering Canyon and it was pretty good. Can get loud and crazy but it was fun to watch. Service was great. Or, take the boat launch to the Contemporary and have breakfast at the Concourse Steakhouse...it's great. You'll love the eggs benedict. Or, go to Kona Cafe at the Poly.

Yacht Club - over at the Beach Club there's the Cape May Character breakfast or you can walk over to Spoodles. Or, my favorite, walk to the Swan for the breakfast buffet at Garden Grove. It's DELICIOUS!!!!!

Yacht Club Galley has a good breakfast. You can either choose the buffet or order from the menu.

Beaches and cream soda shop also does breakfast. Quick stuff. They also made breakfast sandwiches but I don't know about now.

We were pretty happy with room service breakfast from WL. Wo ordered waffles and they were shaped like pine cones and very tasty.

Just a suggestion but you could order room service breakfast and have a nice breakfast in your room or on your balcony.

Thanks for all the great suggestions everyone. I actually made a list of the restuarants everyone recommended. I'll give them a try so that way I can post my review when I get back.

Just a note, Beaches and Cream wasn't open for breakfast when we were there in May. You could get continental style breakfast from the Riptide Lounge in BC or the Lounge at YC (Ale something?). I second the Yacht Club Galley. It wasn't crowded at all, and the buffet was fantastic!!

At the YC you can have room service delivered, have a sit down meal without characters at the YC Galley, have a sit down meal with characters on the BC side of the YC/BC at Cape May Cafe.

Cannot comment on the WL as we have never stayed there.
