we are staying onsite and thinking of doing breakfast at potter, can anyone do it or dow eneed to prebook, thanks

What is this and where and when do they have it?

It is just breakfast served at the Three Broomsticks at the Wizarding World. It is offered every morning but you either have to have a Harry Potter package or are staying onsite. If there aren't many reservations, they will take the general public. You can just inquire with the attendant who is standing outside the restaurant.
