Breakfast at davy ranch

hi, we had a magical first trip to DLP in april this year for my duaghter's 4th birthday and stayed at the newport bay and we're saving hard to go back at the beginnning of May next year and are thinking about the davy crockett ranch as we are hiring a car and there will be 5 of us........it looks fab, is it??

also would like to know if the breakfast is okay and what exactly do you get? many thanks for any advice regarding this accommodation as we are nearly ready to book, this time for 3 wonderful nights.

hiya, we stayed in march and it was brilliant ,i`m sure on the faq about the davy crockett ranch there is a pic of the breakfast but we had 2 croissants for each person ,little jam.marmalade,butter,choc spread packets,coffee,sugar sachets,french stick ,orange juice cartons for the kids,1 litre of long life milk and i think drinking choc sachets! i remember it being loads for us ,we also found the only reason we wouldn`t go back is because of the long drive from england but have seriously considered hiring a car,the trip from the park to the ranch is about 10 mins if that and really easy to get to,the cabins are really warm-ours was probably due a refurb but it was still great,beds were no prob ,even the sofa bed was comfy!so as you can see ww would recommend it highly !

We found it fine, we often had bread left over to use for lunch and took milk back to Spain in the car for our last weeks holiday.

You'll see our breakfast in the FAQ
As Nikki says you'll have more than enough food. We ended up taking fresh orange juice into parks as a nice refreshment later in the morning

As others have said the breakfast is more than plenty. You collect it from a hut at the beg. of your loop. I'm sure your DD will enjoy collecting it as it comes in cardboard picnic boxes.

I'd recommend the newer 2 bedroomed cabins. 1 bedroom has a double bed & the other bunk beds.

We also ate a couple of evening meals at the restaurant next to the pool at the ranch . It was a buffet & good value for money . Also characters appeared & CMs to entertain the children.

we booked for davy crocket for 3 nights at the beginning of may 2007 and am sooo excited. we loved it last time we went which was april of this year and are really looking forward to the ranch, think my daughter will love the whole adventure feel of it.
