I'm thinking of trying to get breakfast reservations for Cinderellas Royal Table for our WDW trip (Jan 4-14). I was wondering if you thought it worth it for two adults with no children? It just sounds so lovely being able to walk down Main Street without lots of people being around and eating in the castle.

Would really appreciate your comments/suggestions.

Dh & I will have no kids with us next year and we plan to eat in the castle :lovestruc That's a little magic just for me. ;)

I'll be there for breakfast Sept 21 with my sister. We may look like adults but starting Sept 20 thru 28 we become children again:banana: Tina

DH and i have have breakfast in the castle several times (no kids! - DS is away at college) - we love the food, and DH gets a kick out of having his picture taken with the princesses!

Phew! We won't look out of place then!!!! Thanks for the replies. I will see if I can get an ADR.

There were a number of adult couples only at CRT breakfast when we were there Dec 07...

And yes, I got my picture taken with all the princesses :):flower3:

Awww have fun!!! I love the castle! We don't have kids and we ate there. How is the breakfast...we have only had dinner there.

My DH and I ate there for HIS birthday! What a very special breakfast. And those princesses treated him like royalty. He had fun - and so did I. Nothing like eating in the castle together. :lovestruc

We had reservations there for adults only a few years back, had to cancel day before (long story, emergency trip home to the hospital, that's the only thing that would get me to cancel that reservation). We tried to get reservations last year twice for adults only and couldn't even as much as 4 months out.

Looks like your ticker has you 3 months away, start calling now and call often. I got lucky last time and 2 days before we left in the mid afternoon and happened to mention it on the phone w/ a rep when chaning other ADR's and said "hey just for fun could u check", i laughed, he laughed and said something like "you can always dream" then he gasped and said "omg we just had a cancellation for 2. hang on, then hurry hurry im trying to get my computer to save it". he was as shocked and excited as i was. Unfortunately this was my one and only time at snagging an ADR there, so far. I already have my clock set for 180 days out to get our ADR for this for next september.

IMHO I feel it is more for children than for adults. If it wasn't for my children I would not eat there. I would rather have a romantic meal at Victoria and ALbert's or a fine dining establishment any time. Just my thought on it.

I randomly called a few weeks ago and got reservations for me and DH!!! I'm so excited. We wanted to go when we went for our honeymoon last year, but with no luck. This year, Cinderella watch out! :goodvibes

I know what you mean - that is what I was thinking too. Still, won't hurt to try! Thanks for the advice.

I understand what you are saying. I will be with a friend not a partner so it's not romance I'm looking for, but you make a good point. Who knows, I might like the look of Prince Charming????? :rotfl: Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I'd suggest the Crystal Palace - you still get into the park before everybody else and breakfast costs about half as much.
