Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare on MK day

We are staying AKL and have a 9:15 AM res at 1900 Park Fare. After which we are doing MK. We will be driving and I'm looking for the best method of doing this with the least travel.

I'm pretty sure we cannot park and leave our car at the GF for the day which means if I'm correct. Driving from AKL to GF. Parking and eating, getting back in the car and driving to ttc. Parking again, getting on a tram, getting on ferry or monorail and then first arriving at MK?

Does anyone have an estimate on the time that would take? Or can think of a better way? This would be Thurs. April 28th.

From the looks of it we could park first at ttc and walk or monorail to GF? anyone know how long the walk is?

Just park at the TTC, leave your car there, monorail to GF, have breakfast, then monorail to MK, then back to the TTC at the end of the day. Think of it as a stop on the way to MK.

That would be the way to do it.

I'm not sure you can walk from GF to TTC or MK. It's an easy walk from the Contemporary, but not GF--there may not even be paths.

I've done this before and at similar times. We are not early morning people, so a 9:15 breakfast is great for us. I wouldn't expect to get into MK proper until around 11:30, and that is if you are lucky and all the characters come around to your table quickly. Luckily, 1900 is a buffet, so you won't have to wait for your food (have had bad experiences with this at O'hanas).

You can also take the boat transportation back to MK from GF. That's fun!

Wife is not crazy about monorail (claustrophobia issues) so we either park and walk at TTC, park and monorail and hope she'll get on or park and ferry to MK then switch to GF? ugh I'm guessing it can't be more than a 5 min car ride between ttc and GF?

You can walk from TTC to GF. You pass the Poly on the way approx. 10mins. You can then monorail or boat to MK. The other is take the bus to TTC and then take the bus back to AKL.

I would probably pay to valet at GF and leave it there for the day.

So I must be crazy. I just realized I also did an ADR for Whispering Canyon Cafe for 1:30 the same day as the 9:15 AM 1900 PF. We'd probably arrive at MK just in time to catch the ferry to WL for lunch. Looks like I need a MK ADR now.

Honestly we would skip lunch or have just a snack if not a cs for lunch after a late breakfast buffet. There's no way we could do a lunch adr. Probably not even a dinner adr. Just a counter service would be sufficient for dinner with a snack in between. We would never make good use of the ddp+!
