What's up with the ticker? It's 4 days but says 6. I have waited a long time to get down to single digits and I want to watch it count down! It's FOUR DAYS, gosh darn it.

Weather is looking great. As Heather said above, pretty summery. Highs in the upper 80's even 90 a few days with chance of showers every day and getting down to the high 60's at night. It sounds PERFECT to me!

I did not get to too much on my list yesterday but today is another day!

ONE WEEK FROM TODAY:
I'm going on safari - heard there have been some issues with poachers - hope I don't see any!
Animal Kingdom Day! (as if you couldn't tell)
Can't wait to explore more and notice all the details
And in honor of CP, the Lost on Safari will be mine!!
Dinner tonight with Jen at California Grill!! Studying the menu as we speak.

What amazing photos Heather...now I'm ready to see it all for myself...I only have a few more days YAY!!!!! OOOH I can't wait for MNSSHP!!!!! Well at least the weather is nothing new to me...although I'm anxious for fall to start the humidity lately has been horrible for Sept!!

Hmm...California Grill...can I tell you how much I'm looking forward to this meal C!!! I cannot wait!! A coworker/friend of mine just returned from a short anniversary trip and they ate there and she said it was the best meal of the entire trip and she loved watching Wishes with her husband on the balcony, the perfect way to dine!!!! Hmmm.....so in one week and 12 hours we'll be sitting back down from watching Wishes and deciding on dessert for the evening!!! WOOT!!!!!!!

Loud and proud... you betcha! You'd think that since I've been planning this trip for 10 months that I could not possibly be surprised. And yet I am surprising myself this morning with the level of giddiness for this trip and how quickly it is coming!

Okay well since you asked I am definitely having a flatbread...I guess it all depends on which flatbread you get because I'll get another one and then we can taste try...of course I'm not sure if you are getting a flatbread LOL!!!

My first course...Heirloom Tomatoes - with buffalo mozzarella, red onion, micro basil and minus 8 reduction*

Dessert....Banana Creme Brulée - An interpretation of classic Banana Cream Pie with Creme Brulée, Toasted Meringue, and Walnut Biscotti

I can't really recommend it as I haven't been there but anything with Polenta makes me want to eat it.

The polenta is what makes that pork tenderloin dish so very good.
