Brainstorming Minnie Magic.. suggestions?

Just wondering where I might be able to find red paper with white polka dots. :flower3:

I bought my paper at Target in 2008 and save it for this purpose. However, I was there earlier this week and saw that they have more of this paper in their $1 section at the front of the store. They are short rolls of red wrapping paper with small white dots.

Perfect as I have a trip there planned today. I will keep my eye out. Thanks so much.

Wahoo... just got home from our trip to Target and they had the red polka dot paper. I grabbed the last two rolls that was in the bin, and for $1, why not. It will be perfect!! Now I'm just going to keep my eyes open for her little surprises from Minnie & Mickey that can be packed and flown down with us. Thank you so much for posted the idea so I could run with it. :worship:

We were looking to do the big mickey & pal's one..

I found links but this one show's them all the best http://micechat.com/forums/disneyland-resort/127192-room-celebrations.html#post1055669283

You know rather than doing a ready made basket you can call Vacation Planning and have them put together a custom made basket. They will charge you a $20 shopping fee and a $25 basket fee, then you can specify how much on top of that you want to spend and they will go to World of Disney or other stores in Downtown Disney and purchase things you tell them you want. Don't be too specific though... For example you can tell em to start with a large Minnie plush then fill the basket around that, like maybe a size xs shirt, an autograph book, some embroidered ears, some minnie specific candy/lollipops... etc.. etc... The part that makes this better than buying a premade basket is that if she doesn't like something (unlikely as it may be) you can return it to the World of Disney and exchange it for something that she wants... except for the embroidered ears... can't return those! ;)

Oh hooray!! I'm so glad you found some paper!! That is great! I've bought some cute Disney items at Walgreens if you have one of those near you.

You know, we have a ton of Walgreens in our area and just about everyone I know tells me I need to go there as they always find such great stuff and for decent prices. Guess maybe I'll stop in one day when I don't have my DD in tow. I looked at Target yesterday and they didn't have ANYTHING "Disney" besides that big talking Mickey Mouse. I could probably end up going way overboard but I'll have to hold myself back. Of course, I can also add my mom in on the fun of getting little surprises from Minnie Mouse every morning. Oh, that could be fun!
