I have a minivan reserved for our January trip. I am an emerald club member, but I didn't enter my number when I reserved the van. Can I still bypass the counter?

It should say on your reservation confirmation if you are counter service or "your level of service is Emerald Aisle".

Did you rent via the EC part of the site? If so, then you don't need to worry, if not, you need to modify your reservation to include the number you can do this on the site or call National, otherwise it is the counter for you. Check your reservation, it should state your level of service.
