Anyone that ordered from www.bowtiquelollipop.com not recive thier bows? I ordered and card was charged on 9/7 and still have recieved no bows. Very dissapointing since some of these were for picture day and a gymnastics meet. Also, I cannot seem to find contact information, if anyone can help.

Orders will generally ship within 2 weeks of order date. (See exceptions below.)

Additional processing time may be required for larger orders.



All hand-painted items & boutique clothing (hair bow holders and boutique style wall letters) require up to 4 weeks to complete and will generally be shipped separately from other items you may have ordered.

All I saw was this on their site. When did you order? Were some of yours in the 4 week category?
 
I have not ordered, but did see a post on a deals board(can't recall which one) where many have not received orders and they claimed she is a fraud who posts deals for her own gain, and others said she is just busy with her small children.

Hope you get this resolved.

Thanks for the replys. I only ordered 6 bows and it has been a whole month.
It is not even the stress of loss of money($13) it's more the poor communication and the dissapointment of my daughters who are waiting for them. I hope she is not a fraud and so glad I waited to tell friends about it until I got them. I would have felt even worse had 4 or more people ordered because of me.
 

Go to http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp and type the website address in the search bar. It will bring up the name, address and phone number that the business is registered to.

I won't post it here but it is public information that is available to anyone who knows where to look.

I would make contact with the owner and inform them that you will be disputing the charge on your CC based on non-delivery if you do not get satifaction within a week. Sometimes that is all it takes for results.

I am also still waiting for my order that I placed the same time you did. I have heard of some people getting theirs so maybe she is just behind???

I also ordered from her a month ago and have not received my bows. I found her email address under contact us but it's been about two days and have not heard anything from her.
 
Oh, that is too bad! I ordered after seeing the link on here, and got mine right away. I ordered the miinie mouse and the pumpkin. They were super cute, but came smooshed in a regular envelope and I have not figured out how to un-smoosh them.
 
I too ordered at that time. I sent an email about a couple days ago and haven't heard anything yet. Some of mine are Christmas presents!
 
Thank you all for posting....I really had been thinking about ordering but won't now - with the slow shipping and poor packaging this is not worth the risk. Its a shame too b/c she had really cute products.

I just emailed her about my order at this address and it came back to me as a failure....I can't seem to get through on the email part of her website either...I'm so frustrated!! Barb
 
That address worked when I emailed her two weeks ago.
She replied saying the bows would be in the mail next week...:rolleyes1
 
I ordered from her as well and just got mine. I love them!
I had emailed her a few days before I recieved them and she said she was behind due to her sale being posted on slick deals.
 
i have been waiting over a month 2 emails sent to her and nothing has come my way i made the order for our trip and we leave in 5 days :( i have very little hope
 
I ordered Sept. 12, and my CC was charged on that day. I emailed her on Oct 1 inquiring about my order. I got a reply the next day that read

"Good afternoon! I apologize for the delay. I am a bit behind my normal 2 week shipping time frame. Your order will be completed and shipping next week. You will get an email with your delivery confirmation number when it ships. Thank you again, and my apologies.

Lindsay"

Tomorrow will be a week since her reply and still no delivery confirmation.

This worked fine for me on 10/1

I bet her repeat customers are slim to none!

I just responded to her email, "It's been a week and still no email with my delivery confirmation number nor delivery."
