bowtique lollipop hair bows

It sounds like she bit off more than she could chew but didn't have the grace to stop taking orders and give up the potential $$. I was thinking of ordering something but won't now.
I'm sorry for everyone who had ordered with a special occasion in mind and won't be getting their order in time.
 
The fact that she charged your card on 9/7 and it's over a month...regardless if it takes that long to MAKE it, she shouldn't be charging your card until it's ready to ship. That would infuriate me.
 
I was a fan of her store on Facebook and now it's not there...maybe she pulled it til she can catch up on her orders!

Why pull it?!?! Why not post on there that she is working on orders and will keep everyone updated.

If I had an order with her I would dispute the charge IMMEDIATELY with my CC. It is not good that her email isn't working and that she took down her facebook page. I love the fact that she is ridiculously behind on her orders but still has the nerve not only to take orders but to have a 1/2 sale this weekend!
 

I feel bad. I had found her on facebook (which is now gone) and had posted her sale here. I have to say we all know the norm of when stuff gets posted on here we all jump on it. I would not be surprised if she got extremly overwhelmed but I agree that she is handling it all extremely poorly!
 
The guestbook on the website has been taken down too. I guess she wanted to keep people from making comments there and on her Facebook wall. I hope she gets your orders out soon. Perhaps she should not be having a half-off sale if she is so behind on orders. It sounds like she is already behind on the sales she already made.
 
I haven't gotten mine yet either. I wasn't too worried until I went to facebook to send her a message asking about it, and the facebook page is gone. I just sent an email (through google checkout), so I'll see if I hear back.
 
Still haven't gotten mine and no replies. I'm glad you posted because I had forgoten about it. I'm not expecting to ever get them so I think I'll take it up with my credit card.
 
I just filed a dispute with my credit card - my order was placed on 9/7 and still no sign of it.

I understand that she got more orders than she expected, but she continued to advertise discount codes well into September, well after the slickdeals rush. That doesn't make any sense at all - if you are overrun with orders, you stop running sales and, in fact, shut down your website to more orders until you catch up. Or at least change the expected delivery time on your website.
 
I jumped onto the website to see what the bowtique was all about, it gave me an error message and said it's down for maintenance......

Think it's time for me to file a dispute as well. I emailed her on Friday because another week and went by and it has now been 1 month since my credit card was charged. This time, I received no reply from her.
 
:sad2: I guess I'll go ahead and file with my bank tomorrow too. I really don't want my money back though. I want the cute hair bows, darn it!
 
I ordered on 9-13 when I first saw it here. I sent several email reminders using the "contact us" link. She always sent a friendly reply. I received my order 10-8 and everything is adorable. I know almost 4 weeks is a very long time, but I don't think she expected her little at home business to be listed on dis boards. Just send friendly reminders every few days. She will send it.
I felt sorry for her when I got my order. With everything half price and free shipping, she couldn't have made too much.

She gives fantastic instructions and really they are not hard to make. Just takes some time and some fine motor skills:rotfl2:
I have not tried the cupcake one yet but that's next on the list.
 
Iam the OP and I still have had no reply. Yet I did recieve an e-mail to hurry and not miss the last day of the Columbus Day sale! I replied with I WOULD JUST BE HAPPY WITH THE ORDER I ALREADY PLACED 5 WEEKS AGO!

The people who order during the Columbus Day sale MIGHT get their bows by Valentines Day.

I emailed again yesterday. No response. I am giving her until Friday-then I am calling my credit card company.
 
I ordered on 9/12 and had items I wanted specifically for my dd's b'day. One was a personalized shirt that said I would be contacted shortly for info on the personalization. I had to contact them about them (about a week and half later), and was promised the shirt and bows would be here in time for dd's b'day. Well, that was on the 3rd, and still nothing. I wrote yesterday, requesting my order be cancelled, and haven't received a response. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. I won't order again.
 
Anyone else received their order or get their $ back? I had her link up on my website but now I took it off. I don't want to be promoting biz. that are dishonest. Unfortunately she still has a link to my website on hers so now I have people contacting me asking me if I can find out about their orders....what's up with that???
That's why i recommend paying with PayPal for small biz...that way you can file a dispute if you don't get your order!
