I've become a bourbon person, but unfortunately have a taste for the ones that have become hard to get because of the weird state of the bourbon industry and distribution system...things like Eagle Rare, etc. - not the super expensive stuff, but the stuff that is just hard to get.

Is there a place on property that has a wide bourbon selection for tasting?

Pretty sure Shula's or Polite Pig will be the best places. Not sure if by tasting you mean sampling or just drinking -I'm not aware of sampling, but that would be nice to find out.

Mainly drinking, probably a couple...I'd like to test some "unicorns" before seeking them out in lotteries to purchase.

As a bourbon drinker I have found that most of the table service restaurants have a decent selection. at least there is usually something available beyond the usual offerings. Yachtsman Narcoossee’s California Grill come to mind. I’ve heard the Edison as well but I have not been there yet.

Yep. Looks like I could spend some time there ( and $$$). I have not been to either of these yet but might have to make a detour on my way back to the hotel. Staying at the Hilton in DS starting next Wednesday

Try the Waldorf, both the lobby bar and Bull and Bear have a nice selection of bourbon. It's usually only a $7 uber from Disney Springs to there. The peacefulness of the resort is a nice bonus.

Abracadabar is kind of heavy on the bourbon/whiskey. I have no idea if it's any good, though, as I hate the stuff. 😁 For me it was a mark against.

Tourist places in Orlando charge outrageous amounts if they happen to have the highly sought after bourbons. Big Fire at city walk in universal had a pretty incredible selection last month … Van winkle and other rarities … but it was something like $150 for a pour of 15 year VW

California grill has always been the best WDW spot for me but I’m not sure they do bar service these days … they had blantons last month as an example (I think about $20 but don’t hold me to that)

Abracadabra has a lot of various bourbons and rye's and had Eagle Rare when last there about 24 months ago. It is great bar with excellent bartenders who can steer you in the right direction to try different bourbons. At least before Covid.

Tiffin’s/Nomad Lounge has always had a surprising selection as well, including Papi van Winkle in the past. Disney has single barrel picks Knob Creek and Blanton’s at several signature locations.

California Grill and Shula's. Not only for the quality bourbon, but also quality bartenders.

Bring your own. Disney charges a rediculous amount for straight pours. We always bring a bottle of Four Roses along in our checked bags and enjoy it in...various places.
