Bounceback

I'm going to WDW in November. Will I get a BB offer? Or is this random like PINS?

When we were at BCV in December, we did not have a bounceback rate in our room. I went to concierge and asked them about it and was given the booklet with the discount. When we returned this May to Poly (with the bounceback), I was told by the concierge that they are "randomly" put in rooms and they did not have any other way of offering it. Lucky for me, I found the booklet in my room!
The current bouncebacks have booking dates through December, FYI.

From what I've been reading lately, if a BB is offered, they are no longer placed in the room by housekeeping, but are now in your welcome folder/packet you get at check in. If you don't get one, you can call X8844 from your room and ask if one is being offered .

When I stayed at BLT in March, it was in my welcome booklet from the front desk.

As of two weeks ago, the bounce back offer I received was part of the "Be Our Guest" booklet/guide that we got during check in.

If you don't get one at check in, there may be one in your room when you get there. If not, ask for one at the front desk.

It is a part of the Be Our Guest guidebook, but it has a perforation toward the inside of the pages so it can be torn out and unfolded.

We didn't get the brochure in our room last year at POR but when I called that ext. I was able to book the free dining bounceback offer with no problem.

I was at POFQ in November, and the bounceback was on the desk in the room, and there was a copy in our packet. But I already knew about it since it was posted here on the DIS. I believe we should start seeing something in August for those arriving in Nov.

As other posts, you don't need the flyer. Just call 8844 from your room phone.
