We are planning a trip with a 40% PIN in July. Probably a DVC Villa -will I get a bounceback offer?

If so, would it be for 2011?

Stayed at WDW several times and never received a bounceback offer or maybe I just didn't look for it.

if you don't see bounceback offer in your room call or visit front desk and ask if they have an offer going on.

Just dial 4488 from your room while you are there. (Confirm 4488 is the correct number. But I believe so.) The front desk does not book bb or packages. So I would just call.

I'm guessing there is a good chance. We are just back & BB deals ran from 35%-45% off. Many dates included in it too. Chatted with a CM at CL & she informed us that the deals are out there-also told me about their discount & how much more it went up to. I have to say though-our last trip that had a BB offer in the room-the same deal was available not too long after we came home. I'm thinking if things don't get better-they will have the deals on their website too.

My guess is the room discount bounceback probably won't be for 2011. It will probably be for the remainder of 2010. When we where there in May 2009, we got a bounceback offer that ran until the end of 2009. We bounced back for December and that trip got a card with bounceback offers until December 2010. It is my understanding that the bounceback cards for the next year are printed and they begin placing them in the rooms in October. After that, those are the cards used until the next October when the ones for the next year come out. In other words, anyone traveling from October 2009-September 2010, should get a card with 2010 bounceback dates (although usually I think close to the end of that period, they replace the room bounceback cards with free dining bounceback cards). Starting sometime in October 2010, the bounceback cards will have the 2011 dates. I saw this on a prior post on the Disboards at some point, so I don't have any personal knowledge of whether it is right. The bounceback phone extension for this year, is 8846. I know that is right, because my DD fell in love with the card (shaped like a pocketwatch with the white rabbit on it) and brought it home with her.

It's actually extension 8844 :goodvibes

Here's a copy of the current BB flyer posted by DISer "Rootskate" (thanks to Rootskate for posting it) so you can see what it looks like - it might be the same offer you may see if they have one in July (no 2011 dates though :guilty:)

Just returned yesterday from a couple of days at POP Century. I am sure this has been posted before but just figured I would let anyone know who was wondering if the bounceback is still going on. I looked for an expiration date but didn't see one.

*EDITED TO ADD - not on the flyer shown, but when you call the extension 8844 from your room to book, you can also choose from these BB offers:

Get 45% off a Select Disney DELUXE VILLA Resort: 1/3-1/14, 1/18-2/11, 2/15-3/27, 4/11-7/1, 7/5-9/30/2010 (Offer excludes 3 bedroom grand villas)

They must put different cards in the value resorts than they use at the deluxe. I don't have a picture of ours, but I have it in my hand right now. The card says you can get 45% off a deluxe villa resort or 40% off a deluxe and the extension is 8846. If I remember right you could get the 35% off on a mod when you called, it just wasn't on the card.

What is that on? Is it a flyer? Is it in the room the whole time or something they give you when you check in? Last November we didn't get any offers (or so I thought....perhaps I wasn't looking in the right spot)

It's the card you see above- it's shaped like a pocketwatch. If you don't have one in the room, you can ask housekeeping, they are the ones that put them in the room so they usually have them. You can also ask the front desk. (Last December it took us 2 days to round up a card, but we did). If all else fails, just call 8846 or 8844 and ask to book a bounceback. The card usually has a code, but I wasn't asked for it either time we booked.

There was only 1 year where I actually got a flyer. They'd put it on one of the beds (closest to the door, I think). If I'd had the deposit $$, I'd have jumped on it. ;)

Thanks. I was wondering about this same thing. I will be at POP in May and wondered if this bounceback would still be available for a trip I want to plan for August.:worship:
