Quick question, I booked the bounceback offer while on my vacation and was wondering if I can modify my reservation online. I was thinking of adding a day, is this possible? Thanks for the help.

You have to call. Bounce back offers are booked thru a special line, not just the usual CRO staff. You can call the regular number, but they usually have to transfer you to another agent or guest services who can make the change. And, as always, the new dates have to be available. It isn't quite as easy to change as it used to be, they have become very strict about the new dates being available before they can make the change.

I have the number from last year's brochure: 407-939-1923. That was the number listed to call & book directly if you weren't calling from the room phone. You can try number, might have better results. Good luck!
