When do bounceback offers start appearing in rooms for the following year?

My situation - my DH and I are going in June 2012 for our 10th wedding anniversary, and we also know that we want to take our next family trip in August or September 2013. When we go in June, will there be any chance that we'll be able to book our 2013 trip on bounceback, or is that too early?

I don't know when bounceback offers are put in the room. We were there Dec of 2010 and just went this month. Did not get a bounceback offer either time.

I have found that when FD started this year and last year is when they put the BB offers in the room for the following years. Not sure about room discounts. We have always booked the FD bouncebacks.
