Bounceback Question

While at the Poly last month we booked a bounceback (30%) for August. We are in the process of planning a Grand Gathering for August 2009. We'll need 4 rooms and will either stay at the Poly or GF. For those of you who have visited WDW in August, were you able to get a bounceback for the following August? I'm wondering if bouncebacks are commonly offered during the month of August and what dates does it usually cover.
