Just wanted to let everyone know I just called 8844 and he told me there is not a current bounceback offer

That's too bad. IMHO, there aren't many things that make the end of a WDW vacation easier to take than a bounce back offer.

I was at AKL 10/31 thru 11/7 and there wasn't an offer.

I read a post by a DISer who said a supervisor told them the FD BB offer ended on October 29th, with no new offers available.

In past years I would say yes, a new BB room discount offer should start up any day - but then I think about the time there was quite a long time between BB's. Remember the time they said they weren't going to do any BB's anymore, and then changed their minds after a while and started one again after all?

I have never been able to figure Disney marketing out. I'm sure they are experts but sometimes I'm . If it was me, I'd have BB's going all the time - seems like a win win to me, you get guests happy to make a return booking with a deposit down, what's the problem?
