Bounceback offer in daughters room...

My daughter is at POR right now, leaving today. she got a BB offer in her room yesterday. She's going to try to book wilderness lodge for dec 11 - 18. Is it likely to be available or does that place book fast for bb offers? it's still available at the reg. rates thru the disney page. Also, would we be able to add the dining plan? Will we have to each buy a ticket to add the dp? she has an AP right now. We want to try to go deluxe, and Wilderness lodge is the least expensive, along with AKL. Really hoping it's available. Not sure what'd be next without really going too super expensive. Maybe Okw or AK jambo studio? Not sure what those are(ak). Any thoughts from anyone appreciated!
