Bounceback offer for December 2011

Did anyone go recently and see what the blackout dates are for December 2011?

We are planning on going Dec 24 to Jan 2. We are going in July and would book a bounceback if it applied. But we don't want to wait if it doesn't.

The previous Bounceback offer was the same public offer for Free Dining that needed to be reserved by December 20, 2010 and it only went until September 2011. I was at WDW last month frm the 9th - 23rd and after the 20th they did not add a brand new Bounceback offer and no one else reported seeing one.

Is there a phone number I can call if there isn't a bounceback card in my room?

Just call 8844 which will connect you to the Disney's Reservation Center and they will tell you what special offers they have. However if no guests have any Bounceback offers that means there are no special offers for anyone currently staying onsite, so calling would be a waste of time.
