Bounceback Offer additional room

When in Disney last December, we book a room with the bounceback offer. Now my DD wants to join us. Can I book another room with the bounceback offer? I was told that I could add another room as long as it was the same resort and the same dates. Tonight I called and they said I could not add another room. Has anyone added another room to their bounce back once they got home?

We booked our bounceback offer last fall, I called a few weeks ago to see if i could add another room if my parents decided to join us and was told no as well. So now waiting to see what the FD offer is before I ask them if they are going to go with us again this fall or not.

I added a room to our bounceback reservation last year. We booked in Sept, added room in July and traveled in Oct.

The only glitch I could think of with bounceback is ability to book one room per adult. We had 2 adults during our origional vacation and thus I booked a bounceback room and my DH was able to add a room after the fact. You may have to list your name on one reservation and your husband on another.

I would make sure you are calling the bounceback number and only talk with them. Also, ask to speak to a supervisor. I can not understand why.
