Booked a bounceback online a couple weeks ago, but I’m not able to modify online. Anyone else having this issue? When I click “check out” with my changes, it’s prompting me to call.

I have 2 bouncebacks (booked at different times) and they each allow me to see inventory and pricing, but will not allow me to actually check out. Call to actually modify.

Same. tbh I haven't seen any recent reports of anyone actually able to modify online in months.

I was able to modify one of my late 2025 BBs to a date in 2026. But I was within the 7 day period to make new BB reservations. Since then, I tried to move a different BB & wasn’t able to.

I booked my BBs about 2 weeks ago. We’re retired & can travel whenever. No matter what dates I looked at, I didn’t find anything at Riviera. I even commented about it on 1 of the threads.

Strange question. I'm looking to change my bounceback reservation. Part of the new dates will not be covered by the offer.
Do I need to make two different reservations, or will they just charge me the rack rate for those dates and still be under one reservation? Thanks!!

When I called they added the rack rate days onto my bounce back days. They are all on the same reservation number.

Well I think it depends. If you are changing your reservation to new dates then I think your reservation number will be able to be one reservation. Back in 2023 I just wanted to add rack rate dates onto my existing reservation and I was told if I added them onto the end the reservation stayed the same with no additional payment but if I added them onto the front end of it I would have to do a deposit for that reservation would have to be a separate reservation. I added at the end so the reservation stayed the same. Not sure what you are doing but hope that helps. And of course don't know if that was correct information or if anything has changed.

Sorry @DisneyMomx7 I posted my answer to you to @Marrila so just read my post there. I know it's no matter just wanted to clarify. I'm sure that answer is correct too.
