Say I have a 14 day bb stay booked and want modify to 10 days (same room type) closer to the date. Any restrictions or issues doing that ? I know there needs to be availability in the room category, but since I already have it booked I'm hoping it wouldn't be a problem

Yes this shouldn’t be a problem. I added on a day to mine without issue.

I was told May 29th by a Disney CM yesterday. But you better believe I’ll be checking in on 5/28 as well lol.

They are saying now the 2026 dates for bounceback should be available on the 28th.

I just called because I read online there was some code that could be put on your account to extend the discount till it's re-released. The CM told me they are being told to book the reservation at regular price and they will add the code later. That is the first time I'm hearing this so wanted to check here. I did already book a BB reservation using 2025 dates hoping to change it on the 28th, so I don't want to make yet an additional reservation if it's not necessary. Thoughts?

Where online did you read this? I don't understand why they would do this unless there are technical issues with the booking system.

Just now -- I can see availability in the "save on your next stay" promotion, and got all the way to the checkout page with 2026 dates but got an "unable to update reservation" error.
I got the same error when trying to update last years bounceback, and had to call then too, so I was hoping the CM could finalize my reservation; but the CM this morning says for some reason the dates have been loaded but won't be bookable until tomorrow.

Sounds a little weird but with Disney IT, anything is possible...

Edited - I realized I had one day that wasn’t eligible. When I adjusted it does give me the availability, but like you I cannot checkout. Hopefully tomorrow.

Certainly didn't mean to imply that I was doubting your information. Just wanted to share that I can now actually see 2026 availability on the website (which I couldn't prior to this morning) as it is an unusual circumstance that we can see availability but not actually book the dates.

And you never know, maybe it will allow booking earlier online! No harm in checking throughout the day
