Bounceback and other dates ?

I'm wondering if anyone knows the answer to this. Right now we have booked POR for Oct 28-Nov 2, using the bounceback offer. November 2 is the last date of the bounceback for that part of November. But in checking airfare, it is much cheaper to fly back on November 3. I know the room rate would go up. But would they make us have 2 reservations, one for the bouncback part at another reservation for the date that is not included in the bounceback? Would we have to check out and then check in for the last day? Anyone know?

Yes. They will also make a note on your first ressie that you have a continue ressie but you do have to go to the front dest and check out and then check back in. They will try to keep you in the same room.In our case we were able to keep our same room. Its a pain but its worth the room discount.

As the previous poster said, they will make you check out then back in again. Make sure you tell them at the front desk when you check in the first time so they can make another note of it (the front desk does not always get that notation from CRO). We have done this multiple times and have never had to change our room.

When we stayed in Port Orleans we did have make 2 reservatons 3 nights each. At the time, one reservation was a pool view the other regular. When we checked in they put us in the pool room for the entire stay and we didn't have to move. Maybe since it was some time ago they did this, maybe because the rooms were available. They somehow linked the 2 and we didn't have to check out/in again. Maybe you could link the 2 reservations and get lucky.
