Bounceback 2014-making changes

I have my free dining bounceback booked for September next year and now that I'm back to reality and away from the magic of Disney I'm starting to over analyze my trip already.....I booked for POP with the dining upgrade, same park passes, everything as this years trip......now,I am trying to make changes and wondering if I can
I'm thinking of switching to All Star Movies as the savings alone would allow for a park hopper plus still be cheaper(only by $100 so that is not a deciding factor lol....)..plus, I'm thinking of downgrading my meals just to quick service as for some reason this trip we felt very constricted with the reservations and most often food was wasted as no-one was hungry enough to eat.
Can these changes be made and if so is All Star Movies even included in the bounceback offer??
Any feedback regarding pros and cons regarding this change greatly appreciated

Yes, you can make changes to the BB reservation that you made. You can change the resort. And you can change the date as long as the new date falls within the bounce back period. you can add or subtract days, too. And since you originally made an upgrade to the dining plan, you should have no problem getting the dining plan changed back to the original cs plan,

You will have to call reservations to modify your existing reservation. And I found out that if you made your reservation under a bounce back offer, then you will speak to a CM who handles bounce back reservations. I found this out when I called to add tickets to our BB reservation.
