Bounce Back Rate same room

I am thinking of adding a friday night in Oct instead of using a lot of points. Can you if you get the same catg with a bounce back stay put? We are thinking of staying an extra night in Oct/Jan prior to our cruises?

It would depend on if the same room type is available. Also reservations with CRO cannot be formally linked to a points reservation, so there's no guarantee you will not have to move. I did it one time with an AP rate at OKW and didn't have to move, just got new keys.

It also depends on the type/view of room you have on points. Not all room types are available for cash. For example, I know that the Boardwalk view villas at the BWV are not and IIRC, neither are the dedicated 2 bedrooms at BCV if they have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. There may be other types in this category as well.
