Does anyone know if you can use your bounce back deal from the cruise for Walt Disney World?

You mean the DCL onboard booking offer? No, that is only good for a DCL cruise, and the cruise must depart within 24 months (to the day) of the date the OBB was initiated. Assuming you made a placeholder OBB (no specified date) and find you will not be able to use it, you will get a full refund -- I advise calling to cancel it, but it may automatically cancel.
