bounce back offer from last Oct/Nov

For the bounce back offer from last Oct/ Nov, was it 2 snacks or 1 snack that was included. I know the plan now has 1 snack but I thought there was 2 snacks included when we booked?

It was 1 snack last year as well, so I assume the offer would be for that.

Yep.

Last time it was 2 snacks was in 2011. If you booked a BB in 2011 for 2012 I imagine they honored it, but wouldn't offer it on the new deal.
