Boulder ridge resale

We are looking to buy dvc resale. We are currently not dvc members. We love wilderness lodge so we were looking into buying Boulder ridge resale. I’m just concerned since the deed expires in 20 years vs buying some where else. Any information/ opinions would be helpful. Thanks

You could buy Copper Creek resale. It's also part of Wilderness Lodge and doesn't expire until 2068.
