Boulder Ridge Resale Purchase Question

When KV was first built, we thought it looked very prison-like. Now with the landscaping grown up around the resort, we like it. For a visit. We bought VWL (now BRV) pre-completion because we used to live in Montana and loved to visit Yellowstone. It's been a few years since we stayed there, but we have a trip planned for October. After we bought our points there, our son, who was about seven or eight at the time, told use he didn't like to ride the boat to MK. So we didn't stay there too often.

We own at BRV so obviously we like it, although we, preferred it before the changes. We recently stayed at Kidani in a 1 BR savannah room and loved it! Taking a look at the 2018 points chart, a 2 BR. for Easter week at BRV was 457 pts. At AKV, it was 383 for standard, 485 for savannah, if point value is important to you. AKV also has value and concierge rooms, so although they are few and hard to get, you have more choices of room types, and of course Jambo or Kidani at 11 mos.
