I remember hearing that Boulder Ridge is scheduled for a refurb. Anyone know when this will happen and/or seen any artwork on what the refurb might look like?

Full refurbishment in 2021. No artwork shown during the annual condo meeting.

Way too soon for artwork, really.

I don’t think they have ever shown artwork for even OKW and SSR refurbs. First you’ll see of it is when they show some test room/ mock up photos at the Member’s meeting (the most interesting info you will get there, anything important they hold back lol) or when someone actually stays in one and leaks photos. Expect this maybe a few months before the refurb starts.

At the 2018 Condo Association Meeting back in December they did show preliminary artwork for the upcoming SSR refurbishment.

Changes can always happen but supposedly the photos of the planned SSR refurb shown at the meeting were the final product.

All renovations look like Hampton Inn going forward. With a themed picture on the wall.
