Boulder Ridge BRV Christmas Week 2024 - How hard?

We are owners at BRV and would like to stay for six nights in a 2 BR Dec 26- Jan 1 at BRV. As that would be checking in-mid week the day after Christmas, I am worried it will be hard at the 11 - month window to find availability. I am wondering if I should "walk" a reservation. I have never walked a reservation, but I am worried there will be no rooms open to check in mid Christmas week. Please I would appreciate some advice.

You should be ok if you book as soon as the booking opens for that date.

But if you really want it, walk it. You can start the walk right now.

I am an owner at Copper Creek. I would check availability now for the days leading to your dates. I would suggest walking now or in a few days. Studios are much harder, which is what I was using, so a 2 BR may be easier.
