I bought something from Facebook on a consignment page. It's about 2 sizes too small and the seller measured it wrong. It's 6" shorter than she said it was. It also has damage on it that she said she didn't notice before shipping. I told her I would ship it back and I would like a full refund. She said she wanted pics of the damage. I showed her. She ignored me after that. I filed a dispute with paypal. She has responded (no idea what she said, they don't tell me that). Is there a way to send the pictures to paypal along with our conversations w/ her stating the measurements? Will they automatically dismiss it because it wasn't sold through ebay? I'm really mad over this because it was not a cheap item and is useless to me now.
I had something that I bought on eBay and never received, but the seller had tracking so Paypal totally dismissed my claim. I contacted my cc company, told them I never received the item and had the money refunded within 2 days! I always try to resolve any issues with Paypal directly but if they don't help then I can go to my cc company.
