Also for anyone looking at buying 300 points. To get the 300 point incentive of $12,000 off you don't have to buy all of Riviera. You can split the 300 points between Aulani, Riviera or Copper Creek. They all have the same discount Tiers. So if you buy 150 at RIV and 150 at copper creek you will get $12,000 off. Or 170 at RIV and 130 at CCV you get $12,000. Now CCV is $220 a point and RIV is $195 a point before discounts so depending on the split it might cost more but no matter how you split it if you buy 300 points in total at one of the 3 above you get $12,000 off the total cost of the purchase.

DVC resorts. I bought 150 at RIV and 150 at CCV and received $12,000 off our total purchase.
So for us it was
RIV
$195 x 150 = $29,250
CCV
$220 x 150 = $33,000
Total = $62,250 - 12,000 = $50,250
If you did all of Riviera it would be $195 x 300 = $58,500 - $12,000 = $46,500
