Fellow Californian Cannabis users: How much consumption per week qualifies as a heavy user?

It seems to be as common as drinking and driving based on my anecdotal experience. A day does not go by that I do not smell weed coming from a passed/passing car. I wish that was not the case.

This is definitely true here too. I drive with my windows open a lot and I smell it coming from other cars at stop lights. It's crazy! I mean, even if the driver isn't smoking, it's filling the car! At least if someone is drinking in the back seat (which is shockingly legal in my state), it doesn't affect the driver.

A lot of people seem to think that it is safe to drive after (while) smoking. That pot doesn’t affect you like alcohol. It only “mellows” you and doesn’t impair you like alcohol. All false of course.

I can say from experience, by the second gummi I actually find myself a little wobbly walking around. It definitely impairs you.

Late to the party, but I’ve noticed a lot of people define “heavy” less by milligrams and more by how often they’re using. Your twice‑a‑week schedule sounds pretty moderate to me.

I’m curious if anyone else feels tolerance resets faster with breaks, especially after gummies versus vaping. Anyone here notice a big difference in how each method affects their weekly intake?
