Apple cinnamon bread or monkey bread,
Apple cinnamon rolls - I do a sorta pineapple upside down cake style, cover the bottom of the pan in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and apple slices, I use a mandolin to get them the same size and super thin, I also use some apples in the cinnamon roll mixture itself, you can cheat and use frozen cinnamon rolls too.
Apple pie or hand pies, Pioneer woman I used her recipe for blueberry hand pies, replacing apples for the blueberry... pastry sheets make this really easy peasy. Its a favorite in my wheel house now..
Waldorf salad - there are a lot of basic recipes for this dish, It one of my go to dishes for potlucks, or bring a dish get together's... I make it during the holiday and add in cranberries and the bowl is always empty, and is requested often.
Apple freezer jam I use my grandmother recipes but it started with a Betty Crocker recipe you can find online,
Baked apples - core, filling the core with butter, cinnamon sugar, cover with pastry dough if you want - also you can bake and baste with apple cider, serve with vanilla ice cream and use the warm apple cider out of the pan to use as a sauce to drizzle over the ice cream... so yummy...
You can add them into salads, in stuffing or dressing.
This is a friend of mines recipe... she make apple sausage, she gets the butcher to grind up a couple of pork butts, and then she does the seasoning herself, apples, a little fennel, salt, pepper, and either maple syrup or maple flavoring or both go into the mixture.... not sure of the rest, she use it for biscuit and gravy, makes appetizer meatballs with BBQ sauce that she makes and is on the savory side.
