Boston Logan to MCO on thanksgiving break. We want to know what to expect for fares on Jet Blue for 2014. They are not posted yet on the Jet Blue site and we are trying to figure out if we can swing it. We have never been to WDW during Christmas with the decorations up and really want to see if we can do it this year.We would be leaving the Wednesday before thanksgiving and returning Saturday the day after Thanksgiving. If any one could let us know what they paid this past thanksgiving , it would be very helpful..TIA

I have flown to WDW the Sunday after T-giving, and it was fairly cheap. But...that's not a popular time to fly 'to' WDW. Any time during the week of T-giving week tends to be high. Same thing when flying home that weekend. We have flown to WDW on Thanksgiving morning...it was cheaper than any other day. We flew home the following Wednesday....so, not peak travel times.
You are looking at peak days....be prepared to pay hefty fares.

We booked a last minute flight on Jet Blue (less than two weeks out) and paid $850 for two ONE WAY tickets MCO to BOS the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Less than a week out, those tickets went down to $114 each. We got over $500 in credit that we need to use within a year.
Keep watching but I am guessing if you book awhile in advance, the tickets would really not be too bad for that week.

Thanks for the reply goofy4tink. That is what i had thought. Is there free dining at that time of year? That may help. My daughter and my grand children will be going with me. We go to WDW often in June. After school gets out and we love it. Not bothered by the heat or crowds.Kiddos are both now in college and we so want to see the Christmas decorations just once.

Can anyone tell me when to expect Jet Blue to open their bookings for end of November??

Can anyone tell me when to expect Jet Blue to open their bookings for end of November??

I am also going BOS to MCO on 11/26 and returnnig 12/3 so I keep watching. I read something that said historically it has been opened up in March/April

Free dining is routinely offered if crowds aren't as high as Disney would like. Free dining gets people into the resorts. I don't think it's offered the week or so around Thanksgiving. I have been able to get it the week after....maybe 10 days after.

I'm wiring for JB to open up for Nov/Dec as well. Hopefully in he next month or so.

Thank you all for answering my questions. I will forget the free ding for Thanksgiving week, but will monitor Jet Blue starting next moth for end of November bookings to open.
