Why do they think it's okay to fly out of their offices and yell at whom ever is near?

Grrrrrrrrr................................ I just gave the owner of the company that blank stare like you've got to be kidding me..... I'm sure he feels better now, but the women he yelled out is in near tears.............

Whenever I hear these kinds of things, I appreciate her even more.

She is sort of a hippy Buddhist. She is on family leave now because she just adopted a baby from Guatemala. She is the most kind, caring person I know.

I have never heard any boss here yell at anyone. The only guy who gets a little hard on his employees is the credit collection division VP. He kind of has to be stern though. It's part of his job.

You just reminded me that I'm not ready to go back to work yet! The ones who yell are completely selfish, have no respect for anyone, and CANNOT KEEP THEIR EMPLOYEES! Not to mention completely unprofessional! I don't care how much stress you're under, you don't do that. I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD WRITE HIM UP!! I'd be out of there in a heartbeat. No job is worth that.

I agree completely! No one ( I don't care how high up their position on the corporate ladder) has any right to put down or demean their staff. I've worked for retail stores where the management were plain horrible to their staff.
