Only in the last year of your contract, and by then you probably won't care

. If you are always borrowing 100 points, than you are still only using about 700 per year. For example: In 2012 you borrow 100 from 2013. Your 2013 use year now only has 600 points. If in 2013, you borrow 100 points again, you are just bringing your available total back to 700. The only year that you will be short of points is in the last year when you have mo more future years of points to borrow from.
If you started out borrowing 100 points in year 1 and that turned into 200 points in year 2, and 300 points in year 3... then you would have to take a "year off" to correct your problem.
The simpler solution is to add more points...
