borrowing points??

I have UY Oct and I know banking points has to be done prior to May 31st but are there any rules in borrowing?? Can I make ressies in Aug for March, using 2009 points and borrow from Oct 2010? I seem to be overthinking all this!

If you need the points when you're making an 11 month reservation, or any reservation, you can borrow. This is the case as long as you have points available to borrow, remembering that points that have been banked can't be borrowed.

Yes, you can use your '09 and some '10 points for the stay you're describing.

You can borrow from the following use year that your date of stay falls into. The date you make the reservation is not a factor. A March 2010 reservation would be in your Oct 2009 use year, so yes you can borrow from 2010.
