Borrowing points question

I have a March use year.

I would like to go in December of 2009 but have no 2009 points left. When will my 2010 points become available for me to borrow and use? Do I have to wait until the new use year or am I able to book at the 11 month window?

as was stated here, you can book 11 months ahead at your home resort...your 2010 pts can be borrowed at that time. your UY month is not a factor.
