Borrowing points question

Okay - I need some clarification here please!

*Our use year begins in June. We have some big trips this year (family and friends love us now! ) and have borrowed all but 25 points from our 2008 UY. We are forcing ourselves to take a year off.
*I just realized our APs expire 6/9 this year and would like to squeeze in another trip before our self-imposed WDW hiatus.

My question...can I borrow from our 2009 UY for a few extra days in June 2008, or do I have to wait until June 1, 2008 to borrow?

You can borrow 2009 now for a trip 6/1/08 or after. All points use is based on date of stay. 6/1/08 would be your 2008 use year (6/1/08 to 5/31/09) so you can borrow 2009. 5/31/08 would be in your 2007 use year and you could only borrow 2008.
