Borrowing points from 2020?

Our point situation is as follows...
0 for 2018 112 for 2019 and 500 for 2020 all with Dec use year
We are looking to plan a trip for Dec 2019. The 112 points will not get us there, so we would need more points. Can we borrow from 2020? When do those points become available for us to pull from?

December UY always confuses me but if you want to book a trip for Dec 2019 that would be your 2019 UY so you can borrow points from your 2020 UY for your trip. ( You can borrow from one year ahead.)
They are there available for you to pull from for a 2019 UY trip now.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, your Dec 2019 trip will be at the beginning of your 2019 UY. You can use banked 2018 pts, 2019 pts & borrowed 2020 pts. You can book now.

I think it is already clear but just in case, you have 112 points available for stays occurring in Nov 19, and 612 available for Dec 19. For you Home resort you could confirm this right now.
