Borrowed points questions

I am trying to rent a reservation for April 2007. I have a seller offering me the reservation using points from June 2007 use year. When will these points expire? If for some reason I need to change my reservation (prior to the 31 day cutoff - say in feb 2007), up to what date could I make the new reservation for (provided there is availabilty, of course!) The seller claims they would be good until June 2008. Is this correct?

I just want to make sure I understand what I am buying! TIA.

June 2007 Points expire the last business day of May 2008. They are good for travel ending no later than the last night of May 2008. (They expire on the last business day of May because MS is closed on weekends and Holidays.)

If the renter is borrowing their 2007 UY points into 2006 (which is not reversable) thenyour points would expire the last business day of May, 2007 and travel would have to be completed by the last night of May, 2007.

You could make changes but only for vacation that must be completed by the end of May, not much leeway.

It sounds like the member is borrowing points into their 2006 use year June 1 2006 until May 31 2007) to make the reservation. Those points could not be returned to the 2007 use year (June 1 2007 through May 31 2008) and would expire at the end of May 2007. If they make you a reservation for after June 1 2007, they would be good for reservations ending until May 2008. Then they would not be borrowed into the previous use year.
