Boozin’ It Up 12/5-12/7 coming ASAP

Well, weren't you going to do a GAD?? COuldn't you use that ticket on the Sat. that you'd be blocked out with an AP?

I am thinking of using my GAD for the FP's. Decisions, decisions!

I just made our two PSs for our trip. We are doing Carnation Cafe for lunch(Like always. Love that place) and trying out Cafe Orleans for the first time for dinner on Sunday March 7th. We always eat breakfast in the hotel so that we are good to go to the park on time. That just leaves meals for Monday March 8th. I think for lunch that day we will probably just get a corndog from the red cart or bengal bbq. I want to show my mom the Pixar Play Parade that night, so I thought we could get Taste Pilot's Grill to go and find a spot to watch the parade at and eat our dinner while waiting.

We're also going to watch Aladdin, Billy Hill, and the fireworks on Sunday. Hopefully it won't be too windy for fireworks. We didn't have a very good view of them the last time we went.

New things that I want to check out is the relocation of the Disney Gallery to the Bank of Main Street, and Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln.

Tuesday March 9th is our departure day, but my mom will have a 3 day parkhopper(because the promo one is $3 cheaper than the 2-day PH) so we will go ride a few of our favorite rides that morning, go back and check out of our hotel, and then go to Mimi's for breakfast. After that we'll have to hit the road :(

How fun to make your PS, we can't make ours until like April I think. I need to figure out when and write it doen on the calendar and put it on my phone. Otherwise I am apt to forget until it is too late.

Yeah I kinda left it until late. Only 13 days until we are there! I wasn't able to get the time I wanted for lunch, but we'll make it work of course. I'm not being quite as detailed as I have been in the past with the itinerary. I'm just giving us gaps of time to hit certain sections. I'm usually a VERY strict planner so this feels a bit weird to me.

We had Cafe Orleans for the first time last March....made me mad that we hadn't gone there before.....it was that good!!!

We had the Pomme Fritas...yum, we tried both the french onion soup & gumbo.....yum & then we shared the Monte Cristo sandwich....yum, yum, yum!! We were treated with the beignets for an anniversary dessert & of course those are super Yum!!!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!

We've only had Carnation Cafe for breakfast....I keep hearing about the baked potato soup but to be honest....that kind of soup is too thick for me (a consistency thing with me) so we've never done lunch or dinner there.

That Cafe Orleans meal sounds pretty close to what I think we will have! I'm pretty excited about getting around to trying a new place.

I had Carnation Cafe breakfast back in August and I thought it was very yummy. It was my first time having breakfast IN the park. The baked potato soup IS pretty thick, but the flavor is so delicious. I like their food as a whole. The sandwiches are yummy and the Meatloaf stack is SOOOOO good. Have yet to try the desserts... but by the time I eat the entire entree(because its so tasty) there is no room for sweets :rolleyes1

Whaaaat a lazy day. It was my day off. My dog Frodo and I just lounged for most of the morning. Real sleepy-like.

We did eventually make ourselves somewhat presentable.

But best of alllll. Check out what I got in the mail!! I am Swedish and just about died when I saw the hats for the Swedish Olympic team, so I scouted one out on Etsy and swiped it up.

(also hey new glasses that just came in at Costco today!)

Productive day.

Lazy and productive day! Me like.

How funny, we're all pretty much planning our own individual trips in our own individual reports and yet discussing another one in everyones reports. It makes me laugh.

That's because we all intertwine. You know we are all from the same area!!

It's a great way of having 12 different conversations at one time. I think it's fabulous.

There should probably be some kind of chatroom option on this website!

I know. I drive my kids nuts because I have chats on twitter. They follow me on their phones, and they say I make them have too many tweets.
