You might check out PL Gaus. His books aren't romance however. He writes Muder/Mysteries set in Amish communities.

if you like amish mysteries, give tamar myers a try. her "Pennsylvania-Dutch Mystery with Recipes Series" is a riot-the "detective", an innkeeper named magdalena yoder, is hilarious.

Cindy Woodsmall Sisters of the Quilt series is one of my favorites. You can now get all three books in one volume - When the Heart Cries, When the Morning Comes, When the Soul Mends. I have yet to read The Hope of Refuge and Bridge of Peace because I want both in my possession before I start reading...don't want to be left hanging waiting for the second book.

I've downloaded these on Kindle for PC/Android.
