Booking ?

I booked Akershus for our trip in August. I got the confirmation number on the booking page but did not get the email confirmation. Called Disney to make sure confirmed and it is. When I log into Disney's site it shows all my reservations and next to all of them it says "modify guests" but next to Akershus it says "remove only you from reservation"

Is that strange. Disney says res is confirmed

If it's confirmed, that's all you need. Their system is still full of glitches so I wouldn't worry about it.

You might try this and see if they appear on line.

To get to the old website -
1. Go to the Disney website and log in https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/

2. Then go to My Disney Experience and click on Free Customized maps at the bottom of page.

3. You will be at the old website - in the upper line you will see a choice that says My Reservations click on that and you should see your resort reservation and a list of all your ADR's.

(don't click on My Disney Vacation - it will just take you to the new site)
